In order to obtain credit terms from Tallard, we require the revision of our Credit Policies and Procedures and the completion of the
three forms found at the end of the document. These are provided in .pdf format for you to complete in your computer. Please enter all the requiered information in each form, print, sign and return them to us via fax at the numbers provided on the forms and send the originals by mail. We will review your information,
verify all bank and trade references, and respond within fifteen business
days from the moment we received all the neccesary documents.
